Therapy for thoughtful humans navigating a complicated world.
Does everything look fine on the outside, but inside you still feel a little disconnected — from yourself, your relationships, or the life you’ve built?
Telehealth therapy for adults in California and Washington
Specializing in work with women and LGBTQ+ clients
Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and make sense of the emotional patterns that shape your life and relationships.
I specialize in working with women and LGBTQ+ adults who may look like they have everything together on the outside but still feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure how to fully trust themselves and their experiences.
Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you so you can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and motivated. From the outside, things may look stable or successful — yet internally there may still be anxiety, disconnection, or uncertainty about how to navigate relationships.
You might notice yourself:
• Overthinking conversations or worrying about how you’re coming across
• Feeling anxious in relationships even when things seem “fine”
• Carrying responsibility for others while your own needs get pushed aside
• Wanting deeper connection but feeling unsure how to get there
Therapy provides a place to explore these experiences with curiosity and care so you can understand what is happening and begin making changes that feel more aligned with who you are.
Therapy creates space to explore your experiences with curiosity and care.
Together, we look at the emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and life experiences that shaped you so you can move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

About me
I’m Heather Schwartz, a licensed clinical social worker providing telehealth therapy for adults in California and Washington.
Before becoming a therapist, I studied contemporary art and spent years exploring the intersection of creativity, human behavior, and social systems. That background shaped the way I approach therapy today — with curiosity, reflection, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
My work focuses on supporting thoughtful women and LGBTQ+ adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are insightful and capable but feel caught in patterns that create stress, disconnection, or uncertainty.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we create space to better understand what is happening in your life and develop ways of moving forward that feel authentic and meaningful.
